Our story
We didn't start as an IT support company. We started in the deep end of cybersecurity — penetration testing, vulnerability research, security architecture. With over 18 years of experience, we've been pulling apart systems to find the weaknesses before someone else does.
Along the way, we noticed something. The businesses that got hit hardest weren't the ones with the weakest firewalls. They were the ones where nobody was really in charge of IT. Where passwords were shared on Slack. Where the laptops hadn't been updated in months. Where the "IT guy" was actually the office manager who happened to be good with computers.
So we built something different. A managed service that combines proper IT operations with genuine security expertise. Not a helpdesk that also sells antivirus. Nor a security consultancy that calls your issues "out of scope". We built a team that does both, properly, for growing businesses that can't justify a full-time IT department but can't afford to get this wrong.
We're based in the UK and Europe and work with clients remotely. We chose this model deliberately — because the best person to manage your IT isn't necessarily the nearest one. It's the one who actually knows what they're doing.
