We put together a clear, plain-English report that tells you exactly what's working, what's not, and what's putting you at risk. Most businesses find this eye-opening even if they don't end up working with us.
Proposal
Based on what we find, we put together a proposal with a fixed monthly price. You'll know exactly what you're getting and exactly what it costs before you commit to anything.
Onboarding
We handle the migration. Devices get enrolled. Policies get applied. Monitoring goes live. Email, backup, identity, security — everything gets set up properly and is documented for policy and compliance. Your team keeps working throughout. Most onboardings complete within two to four weeks. We do the heavy lifting. Your team barely notices the switch, except that things start working better.
Ongoing Management
This is where most IT providers drop off. For us, it's where the real work starts. We monitor your systems around the clock. We patch. We update. We catch threats before they become incidents. We run phishing simulations and staff training campaigns. We keep you compliant. And if someone has a problem, they contact us directly and get a real person who knows their name and their setup. You also get regular reviews where we tell you how things are going.
